Pressmark currently does not use any app analytics. Should this change in the future, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly.

Premium users do not see advertisements. In this case, no data is transmitted to Google AdMob.
4. Data Transfers to Third Countries
Some of the services listed above (Firebase, Google Cloud Vision, Google AdMob, RevenueCat, Sentry) process data in the United States. These transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR) or on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). Further details can be found in the respective service providers' privacy policies.
5. Data Retention
- Account data: Until deleted by the user
- Community contributions: Anonymized upon account deletion, not deleted
- Photos: Deleted upon account deletion
- Crash reports (Sentry): 90 days
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your stored data
- Rectification of inaccurate data
- Erasure of your data
- Restriction of processing
- Data portability
- Object to processing

7. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time via our public deletion process. This will delete all personal data (profile, collection, private photos). Community contributions (e.g. submitted machines, uploaded photos) will be anonymized and retained.
